14-day setup-success guarantee

Follow the setup guide included with your purchase. If you still cannot produce the first output described for your pack, such as a video, audio mix or slide export, contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Email purchase@youclip.app or message @nostro_ai (https://www.instagram.com/nostro_ai/) with your order number and the step that failed. You may include a screenshot of the error. Do not send passwords, payment details or API keys.

We will help you troubleshoot the setup. If the issue remains unresolved and you still cannot produce your pack's first output, we will refund the affected pack.

This guarantee covers setup and first-output production. It does not guarantee views, followers, revenue or a particular creative result. Separate charges from AI providers, image-generation services and Gump are not included in a You Clip pack refund.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
