Digital product terms

You Clip is offered by Umit Barlas, trading as Global Canyon AI, at 1 Rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, France.

You Clip sells digital creator toolkits and editable video templates. Your purchase includes the files and features described for the product you selected. These are digital products; no physical item is shipped.

Each pack is a one-time purchase. A You Clip purchase does not include subscriptions or usage credits for Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, image-generation services or Gump. You use your own accounts for any separate services your workflow requires.

Starter provides the 2D workflow. Premium includes Starter and the 3D workflow. Max includes Premium, Avatar, Scripts and Image Lab plus the reusable personal-brand studio project. Publishing Toolkit, Localization Kit, Sound Finish Kit, Screen Demo Auto-Zoom, Carousel Remix Kit and the standalone templates are separate products unless expressly included in your order.

After successful payment, your download is made available through your order confirmation or order-status page, and a delivery email is sent to the address used at checkout. If you cannot access your files, contact purchase@youclip.app with your order number.

The workflows and templates are intended to help you create your own content. Views, followers, revenue and a particular creative result are not guaranteed.

The 14-day setup-success guarantee applies as set out in our refund policy. It provides troubleshooting help and a refund of the affected purchased pack if you followed its setup guide and still cannot produce the first output described for your pack, such as a video, audio mix or slide export, after contacting us within 14 calendar days of purchase. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
